We are in the process of scaling back our operations and finding healthy homes for the horses comprising the stables. Below are horses we are actively selling but please reach out should you be interested in a horse not featured.
Column Right
Sold – Anyone who has served in the military will most likely be very familiar with the term “Column Right.” Column Right is a preparatory command, typically followed by “March,” which is used to uniformly change the direction of the column. Preparing to change direction was literally what Don Munger was doing in his career when he named Column Right at the age of 90.
Column Right is a 7-year-old dark bay registered thoroughbred gelding out of Barbs Last and Nacheezmo. He stands over 16 hands tall, has never been injured and is in excellent health.
Column Right was bred, raised, broke and trained to be a member of Don’s racing stable of very select horses. Unfortunately, Column Right never had a chance to race prior Don’s passing and has spent the subsequent years on the family farm.

Rough
& Ready
Sold – Rough and Ready is an 8-year-old bay registered thoroughbred gelding out of Picture Girl and Nacheezmo. He stands 16.2 hands tall, has a nice short back and wonderful confirmation.
Rough and Ready is a military term for having a style of free-fighting character. While his name doesn’t match the quiet disposition off the track, it was more fitting during a race. From 2017 – 2020, Rough and Ready started 32 races at Emerald Downs, of which he earned (4) wins, placed second (4) times and finished third on (7) occasions. Rough and Ready’s racing career ended with the closure of our racing stables at the end of the 2020 session. Since leaving the track, he has been well attended at the farm where he spends his days in the pasture with other horses and in a stall every evening. He is sound, in great health, and is quick to learn.
This horse has a lot to offer. The combination of his physical abilities and pleasant demeanor would be ideal for dressage, polo or saddle riding. Born and raised at the very farm he lives at now, Rough and Ready has been a wonderful member of the family. We would love to see him with the right partner.
Gaupo
Sold – If you are looking for a solid foundation in which to tailor your ideal riding companion, you will want to meet Gaupo.
Gaupo is a 4-year-old unregistered 16 hands tall bay gelding out of Hour Pretty Girl and Nacheezmo. Gaupo was bred to serve as the next generation of racers but with the closing of our racing stables, he never had the chance to show off his capabilities.
Gaupo is broke, sound and has been under saddle for a few months now. He has a great personality, is smart, and learns quickly. There are a huge range of possibilities for this horse. He has the foundational skills and abilities that can be tailored into the desired discipline and the breading to back up that training. We can’t wait to see what Gaupo can do.
